1. Online Store Terms

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, resell, or exploit any portion of the site or products without written permission.

 

3. Product Information & Availability

All products are made to order and fulfilled through our third-party partner, Printify.
We strive to display accurate descriptions and images, but colors, placement, and sizing may vary slightly due to screen differences and printing methods.
We may modify, limit, or discontinue products at any time.

 

 4. Printify Fulfillment & Production Terms

All Your Heart Apparel uses Printify to produce and ship all merchandise. When you place an order, it is automatically routed to one of Printify’s print providers.

By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following:

4.1 Made-to-Order Production

Each item is created on demand. Processing times and materials may vary depending on the selected Printify provider.

4.2 Variations in Color & Print

Minor differences in color, image placement, or print quality may occur. These are standard to print-on-demand manufacturing and do not qualify as defects.

4.3 Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Printify partners with various carriers whose performance may vary.
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, All Your Heart Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

4.4 Printify Approval for Issues

All replacement requests for damaged or incorrect products must be reviewed and approved by Printify before a replacement is issued.

4.5 International Orders

International shipments may incur customs duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Delays caused by customs are outside our control.

 

5. Returns, Exchanges, Damaged Items, Lost Packages & Cancellations

5.1 All Sales Are Final

Because every item is print-on-demand, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size
  • Color preference
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Items that “do not fit” upon arrival

5.2 Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email us at allyourheartapparel@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • 2–3 clear photos of the issue

We will submit a claim to Printify. All replacements require Printify approval.

Not considered damage:
Color variation due to monitor settings, lighting differences, or natural variances in printing.

 

5.3 Lost or Stolen Packages

All Your Heart Apparel is NOT responsible for packages once they are marked as shipped or delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

 

5.4 Order Cancellations

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be changed or canceled.
You may contact us immediately after placing your order to request cancellation, but cancellation is not guaranteed if production has already begun.

 

6. Pricing & Billing

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
We are not responsible for bank fees, currency conversions, or payment-provider fees.

You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information so we can fulfill your order properly.

 

7. Third-Party Services

Our store uses Shopify, Printify, and various payment processors.
When using our site, you also agree to abide by the terms and policies of these third-party providers.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, product names, and content are the property of All Your Heart Apparel.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

 

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the site to:

  • Violate any applicable law
  • Transmit harmful code or malware
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the site or its systems

 

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Variations in print or color
  • Lost, delayed, or stolen packages
